In order to highlight the elegance of one of the main components in our blended white "Vespa Bianco", 2007 marked the first vintage of our 100% Sauvignon. This white shows Sauvignon Blanc's complexity along with its typical freshness. We achieve this by allowing extra hang time on the vine, careful vineyard selection and extra attention throughout the vinification process.

TASTING NOTES
Grapefruit and white peach are backed by a fresh citric acidity with an interesting hint of flinty minerality on the finish.
GREAT WITH
Pairs well with antipasti, fish, vegetable soups and is a classic match with asparagus risotto.
